Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to protect both our customers and our small business vendors.

1. Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for damaged or defective products. Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Process

To initiate a refund, please send photos of the damaged product and the order ID to support@casheshope.com. Our team will verify and process the request within 3-5 business days.

3. Responsibility

Vendors are responsible for maintaining high product quality. Repeated quality issues may lead to vendor suspension.

4. Commission Reversal

In case of a successful refund, any earnings (Referral/Cashback) associated with the order will be reversed from the respective wallets.
