1. Introduction

Welcome to Cashe Shope ("we," "us," "our," or "the Cashe Shope"). If you are using the Cashe Shope on behalf of an entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Customer Accounts

Customers must create an account to purchase products. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4.2 Vendor Accounts

Vendors must apply and be approved to sell products on the Cashe Shope. During the application process, Vendors must provide accurate and complete business information. Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it as necessary. Vendors must ensure that their product listings are current and accurate. Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor account.

5. Use of the Cashe Shope

5.1 Customer Use

Customers can browse and purchase products listed by Vendors. When making a purchase, Customers agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. All purchases are subject to these Terms and any additional terms specified by the Vendor. Customers must not use the Cashe Shope for any fraudulent or unlawful activities.

5.2 Vendor Use

Vendors can list products for sale and manage their inventory through the Vendor Portal. Vendors agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding their products and business operations. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings and any warranties or guarantees associated with their products. Vendors must ensure that all listed products are available and deliverable within the specified timeframes.

6. Payments and Fees

6.1 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By using our Cashe Shope, you agree to the terms and conditions of these payment gateways. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party payment services. Users must ensure that their payment information is accurate and up to date to avoid any delays or issues with transaction processing.

6.2 Customer Payments

Customers must provide valid payment information when making a purchase. Payments will be processed at the time of the order. Any issues with payment processing should be directed to the third-party payment gateway. If a payment is declined or fails for any reason, the order will not be processed and the Customer will be notified to provide alternative payment information.

6.3 Vendor Fees

Vendors may be subject to fees for listing products and using our services. These fees will be clearly outlined in the Vendor Portal. Vendors agree to pay all applicable fees promptly. Failure to pay required fees may result in suspension or termination of the Vendor account. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cashe Shope, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cashe Shope or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Cashe Shope for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Users must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Cashe Shope, except as authorized in these Terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive content.

Upon termination, your right to use the Cashe Shope will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by following the instructions provided on the Cashe Shope. Any fees paid prior to termination are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cashe Shopeand its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Cashe Shope, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Cashe Shope shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Cashe Shope during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cashe Shope and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Cashe Shope or your violation of these Terms. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tamil Nadu. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such disputes.
